Bainitic hardening, hardening, job order and quality control
Bainitic hardening offers many advantages over other hardening methods, especially a long life or longevity of the products due to higher wear resistance. The entire process takes place in one step, so that no subsequent processes such as tempering are longer required. In addition, bainitic hardened articles have a thinly residual stresses. Overall, it provides significantly better mechanical properties than the classical oil bad hardening, subsequent to the usual processes.
The individual heating zones, including the salt bath can be visualized continuously computer-assisted, monitored and documented. This ensures maximum process reliability of the compensation process is ensured.
The heat treatment is controlled step-by-step. The set parameters of the heating zones in the furnace, salt bath, cooling and inert gas are monitored, documented, and are reversed to understand. Errors are thereby excluded.

- 3 hardening systems with salt bath (bainitic): 2 x brands by Kohnle as a continuous belt conveyors with belt widths of 400 mm and 650 mm, 1 x brand by Degussa with shake device.
- 1 continuous strip annealing system brand by Mahler
- Various tempering systems
- laboratory for material testing
