Barrel finishing of soft and hardened Articles
An origin of the double side barrel finishing is found in nature: water, sand and coarse sand rocks in rivers and on the beach of smooth, perfectly rounded pebbles. This process is called barrel finishing. The modern surface finishing process in production is determined by the interaction of machine, grinding wheels, compound and water. The grinding bodies act on the parts like many small files.

We work with five finishers from Walther Trowal (CA 650, CLS 340). The items will be deburred between treated because of rust risk to customer to final surface coating with a corrosion inhibitor.
